Getting started

How do I create an account?
Go to /register and enter your email address and a password. You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to activate your account. You must be 18 or older to register.

How do I write a review?
Find the casino you want to review by searching from the homepage or browsing all listings. On the casino's profile page, click "Write a Review". You need a verified account to publish. Your review must be based on your own direct experience with that casino — see our Editorial Policy for what qualifies.

Can I edit or delete a review after publishing?
Yes. Go to your account dashboard, find the review, and use the edit or delete options. Edits go through a brief moderation check before republishing. Deleted reviews are removed from public view immediately but retained in our moderation logs.

Your account

How do I update my email address or password?
Log in and go to Account Settings. Both can be changed there. You will receive a confirmation email when either is updated.

How do I close my account?
Email support@betvouch.com with the subject "Close my account". We will process the request within five business days and confirm by email. Your published reviews will be anonymised, not deleted, unless you also request erasure under GDPR.

How do I request a copy of my data (GDPR)?
Email privacy@betvouch.com with the subject "Data access request". We will respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights available to you.

Reviews and complaints

Why was my review removed?
Reviews are removed when they violate our moderation policy — for example, if they contain personal information about an individual, content that is not about the reviewer's own experience, or material that is abusive or threatening. We do not remove reviews because a casino operator dislikes them. If your review was removed and you believe the decision was wrong, email editorial@betvouch.com with your appeal.

How do I file a complaint against a casino?
Go to the casino's BetVouch profile and click "File a Complaint". You will need a verified account. BetVouch contacts the operator on your behalf and logs the outcome — resolved, refused, or unresponsive — on their public profile. Full details on the Report a Problem page.

How do I claim my casino's profile?
Go to /business and follow the claim process. Claiming a profile and responding to reviews are free for all operators.

What do paid subscriptions include?
Optional paid tiers unlock advanced tools: review widgets for your own site, sentiment analytics, AI-assisted reply drafting, and structured dispute-mediation workflows. Subscriptions never buy editorial influence or the ability to remove reviews. Email operators@betvouch.com for more information.
