Report a Problem

Different types of problems go to different teams. Use the section that matches your situation — it will get your report to the right person faster.

Report a review that violates moderation policy

If you see a review that contains someone's personal information, is clearly not about first-hand experience, is abusive or threatening, or appears to be fake, use the Report button on the review itself. Select a reason from the menu and submit.

BetVouch moderators review flagged content within five business days. Reports are anonymous to the review author. We do not remove reviews because a casino operator dislikes them — only verified policy violations lead to removal. Every removal is logged.

If your own review was removed and you believe the decision was wrong, email editorial@betvouch.com with the subject "Review removal appeal" and the URL of your review.

Report a dispute with a casino

BetVouch runs a free complaint-mediation service for players. Here is how it works:

  1. Go to the casino's BetVouch profile page.
  2. Click File a Complaint.
  3. Fill in the form — describe what happened, what you asked the casino to do, and what response you received.
  4. BetVouch contacts the operator on your behalf and gives them a defined period to respond.
  5. The outcome — resolved, refused, or no response — is recorded publicly on the operator's profile.

You need a verified BetVouch account to file a complaint. The service is free.

If you need to escalate beyond BetVouch, here are the relevant regulators by licence:

Report abusive or illegal content

If you believe content on BetVouch is illegal, constitutes harassment directed at a specific person, or poses a safety risk, email abuse@betvouch.com. Include the URL of the content and a clear description of the concern. We treat safety-related reports as priority and aim to acknowledge within one business day.

Report a technical issue

Email support@betvouch.com with the subject "Technical Issue". Include:

  • The URL where the problem occurred
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome 124 on Windows 11)
  • A screenshot if you have one

Report a security vulnerability

If you have found a security vulnerability in BetVouch, email security@betvouch.com. Please do not publish or share details of the vulnerability before we have had a chance to address it. We aim to acknowledge security reports within one business day.
