If you see a review that contains someone's personal information, is clearly not about first-hand experience, is abusive or threatening, or appears to be fake, use the Report button on the review itself. Select a reason from the menu and submit.
BetVouch moderators review flagged content within five business days. Reports are anonymous to the review author. We do not remove reviews because a casino operator dislikes them — only verified policy violations lead to removal. Every removal is logged.
If your own review was removed and you believe the decision was wrong, email editorial@betvouch.com with the subject "Review removal appeal" and the URL of your review.
